Booking
To book an appointment we require a non-refundable deposit*. This can be made using the paypal button below or you can contact us for alternative options. Please also download the below booking form, complete it with the relevant details and send it back to us. Alternatively, you can use the online booking form.
Once we have received both your deposit and booking form we will contact you to confirm your booking has been successful.
